Deposits
A deposit of £50 per person is required when making your reservation, which will then be credited to your final bill.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your reservation.

Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or significant amendments with less than 72 hours’ notice, and for no-shows.

On special event dates (Guest chef nights, cooking classes, etc.) the full amount of the event will be charged if cancelled with less than 7 days notice. No shows or significant amendments of the reservation will incur the same charges.

Please contact reservations@beachhouseoxwich.co.uk if you have a query regarding your booking. Beach House is closed Sunday – Tuesday and cancellations will be processed on the next working day. Please allow up to 10 days for any refund to show on your card.

General Information

If you’d like to use a voucher as part of your booking or have any dietary requirements, please add this information into the “special requests” field when making your booking. We’re able to accept bookings online for up to 6 guests. If you require a table of 7 or more guests, or if you have any questions regarding your booking, please email reservations@beachhouseoxwich.co.uk.

Beach House welcomes children over the age of 6, but please note we don’t offer a children’s menu.
