Making a booking caret-down

The easiest and fastest way to book is through our online booking system. Click on the “Reserve a Table” button on our website and select the date you’re looking for.

You’ll see all the available dates showing in the calendar, and you can then pick your preferred time to visit, for lunch or dinner. If your preferred time is unavailable, you can add an “Alert” for the time slot you’d like to attend, and you’ll then be notified if a table becomes available. Bookings can be made for up to 6 guests online. For larger bookings, please contact the team directly here.

If we’re showing up as fully booked, you’ll be able to add yourself to the “Waitlist” and will be notified if a cancellation occurs for that day.

Saturday Dinner Bookings: Please note that only the 6 course and 8 course menus are served on Saturday evenings.

A £50 deposit per person is required to reserve your table, which will be taken off your bill. If you have a voucher you’d like to redeem, you still need to pay a deposit of £50 per person to secure the table. This deposit will be fully refundable, or you can use it towards any additional balance on your bill.

If you’d like to use a voucher as part of your booking, please add the voucher number into voucher code section of the booking confirmation page.

This information should be added as you fill in your details on the the booking confirmation page. This information is really important to us so that we can offer your table the best experience.

Cancellation policy caret-down

A deposit of £50 per person will be taken when booking which is fully refundable if any cancellation is made with at least 72 hours’ notice.

A cancellation fee of £50 per person will be charged for no-shows, late cancellations or amendments with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Enquiries caret-down

If you’d like to talk to us about using the private dining room or exclusive use, please contact us on reservations@beachhouseoxwich.co.uk

You can also find more information about exclusive use here.

Parking caret-down

There is a large, privately-owned car park adjacent to the restaurant. Penrice Estate own and operate the car park and they apply parking fees throughout the year (costs vary depending on the season). The car park has been fitted with automated number plate recognition cameras, so please do ensure you pay the parking charges before leaving your vehicle.

There are 3 universal type 2 charging points, which can charge any type 2 electric vehicle and which use 100% renewable energy. We provide a fair price for charging.

Important note for evening bookings at the restaurant: If you’re arriving at Beach House by car for an evening booking, we will ask you to input your car registration on arrival at reception (as the car park is only accessible to restaurant guests after 10pm). As a restaurant guest, you can leave your car overnight but it must be collected by 10am the following morning to avoid a parking fine. If you’re getting a lift to or from the restaurant with family or friends, please do register their number plate with us too. You don’t need to provide any information if you’re arriving and departing by taxi.

Unfortunately, Beach House has no jurisdiction over the running of the car park, and any cars parked or left overnight are at your own risk.

In the warmer months, the car park can be very popular with visitors to the beach, so please do allow extra time to enter the car park when planning your trip.

Dress code caret-down

Our dress code is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests not to wear sport or swimming clothes.

Dogs caret-down

Due to popular demand, we now have one bookable dog-friendly table inside the restaurant, so you can plan ahead whatever the Welsh weather decides to do. One dog-friendly table is available each lunch and dinner time. Please email the restaurant here, to request a dog-friendly table.

Dogs must be well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times. We’re happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs as part of the booking.

Our terrace area is dog friendly, however we’re unable to book allocated tables in this area due to it not being covered and not suitable to use if the weather turns.

Assistance dogs are also allowed inside the restaurant.

Children caret-down

Children over the age of 6 who enjoy the set menu style of dining at Beach House are welcome to join you. However we don’t supply a separate children’s menu and respectfully note that they would be served the same meal as any adult.

Accessibility caret-down

Our restaurant is wheelchair friendly. We have wide doorways, flat surfaces throughout, and a fully accessible toilet to ensure all our guests feel comfortable and welcome during their visit.
