James joins us with an impressive background, having worked in some of the UK and Ireland’s most respected Michelin-starred kitchens, from Bohemia and Ormer in Jersey to Tudor Room at Great Fosters and The House Restaurant at Cliff House Hotel in Ireland. Most recently, he was Head Chef at The Woodspeen in Newbury, leading both the restaurant and cookery school.
