Arrive early and take a walk along Oxwich Beach, explore the surrounding dunes or discover nearby coastal paths before settling in for lunch or dinner overlooking the water. As the tide changes and the light moves across the bay, the landscape that inspires our kitchen becomes part of the experience.
ARRIVING BY CAR
Beach House is located on Oxwich Beach, Gower, Swansea, SA3 1LS, and is easily accessible by car.
There is a large privately owned car park adjacent to the restaurant, operated by the Penrice Estate. Parking charges apply throughout the year and vary depending on the season, with payment required before leaving your vehicle.
For guests arriving by electric vehicle, there are three Type 2 charging points available, powered by 100% renewable energy.
If you are joining us for an evening reservation, please register your vehicle registration number with our reception team on arrival. Guests dining at Beach House may leave vehicles overnight, but cars must be collected by 10am the following morning to avoid additional parking charges.
During warmer months, Oxwich Beach is a popular destination, so the car park can become particularly busy. We recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey and arrival.
ARRIVING BY TRAIN
The closest train stations to Beach House are Swansea and Gowerton.
From Swansea Station, Beach House is approximately a 35-minute taxi journey. Alternatively, local buses are available, with the journey taking around 1 hour 15 minutes including a short walk from the stop.
From Gowerton Station, the journey is approximately 30 minutes by taxi. Bus connections are also available, taking around 1 hour 15 minutes including a short walk.
