White Castle Wine Dinner

A relaxed and intimate evening with Robb and Nicola Merchant, the duo behind one of Wales’s most celebrated vineyards. Together, they’ll guide you through a selection of their award-winning White Castle wines, each chosen to pair with a specially created Beach House menu. Expect thoughtful flavour combinations, stories from the vineyard, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the best of Welsh food and wine, right here on the Gower.

Alun Wyn Jones: Behind the Pass

Alun Wyn Jones, Swansea native, Welsh rugby legend and British & Irish Lions icon, joins us in the kitchen for a very special one-off evening. Fresh from his appearance on Celebrity MasterChef, Alun Wyn will recreate the dishes he cooked on the show, working side by side with Chef Director Hywel Griffith. With stories from the tv kitchen to the rugby pitch this promises to be a relaxed and memorable night ideal for food lovers, rugby fans, and anyone curious to see what happens when two local passions come together.

Guest Chef Night with Roberta Hall

Roberta Hall-McCarron of Edinburgh’s The Little Chartroom joins us for an evening of elegant, expressive cooking. Known for her bold, seasonal flavours and refined technique, Roberta has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, appeared on Great British Menu, and was named Best Chef in Scotland at the GQ Food & Drink Awards 2022. She’ll be bringing her creative energy to our coastal kitchen, crafting a menu that reflects her distinctive style while sitting beautifully within the Beach House experience.

Beach House Turns 10 – Our Anniversary Dinner

Two landmark evenings celebrating a decade of Beach House.
This ten-course tasting menu looks back through each year of our journey, with one dish chosen to reflect the cooking, producers and ideas that shaped that moment in time. It is a chance to revisit favourites, recognise how far the restaurant has come, and enjoy a menu that honours both our coastline and the people who have supported us along the way. A warm, memorable night shared over two dates, marking ten years of Beach House with real style.

With a shared passion for local ingredients and generous hospitality, this special night brings the Seren Collection’s culinary voices under one roof, as each chef creates a course that speaks to their unique style and setting.

Join us as Douglas, Gerwyn, Dan, and Hywel come together to cook a menu that reflects the spirit of each of their restaurants.

Guest Chef Night with John Chantarasak

We’re excited to welcome John Chantarasak, chef-owner of AngloThai in London, to Beach House for an evening of vibrant, ingredient-led cooking. Known for his bold, expressive dishes that blend Thai heritage with the best of British produce, John’s style is all about balance, spice, texture, seasonality and depth of flavour. In 2024, John was awarded a Michelin star for AngloThai’s inventive and heartfelt cooking, and in 2025 he featured on Great British Menu, showcasing his distinctive approach to a national audience. Join us for a relaxed evening that celebrates creativity, connection, and truly memorable food.

Welsh Supplier Dinner

This special dinner brings together some of the most respected producers we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the last 10 years. Each course will celebrate a standout ingredient, from Gower Salt Marsh Lamb, Oxwich lobster, and Welsh truffles, to Caws Cenarth cheese, and cockles and laver from Penclawdd, and more. It’s a night to celebrate our partners, enjoy the flavours, and hear from the suppliers themselves as they share a little of their story. A relaxed and delicious evening, celebrating the connection between land, sea, and the hands that bring it all to life.
