Provenance is at the heart of our cooking, and Hywel believes that when produce is in season, it’s at its best, so our menus beautifully mirror the culinary calendar.
Beach House serves seasonal, ingredient-led cooking inspired by the Gower Peninsula and the best produce from across Wales. Chef Director Hywel Griffith works closely with local fishermen, farmers and producers, allowing the quality and natural flavours of each ingredient to take centre stage.
Beach House offers both à la carte and tasting menus, with 3-course, 6-course and 8-course options available. Vegetarian tasting menus are also available, and the menus change throughout the year to reflect the seasons and the produce available from our suppliers.

The tasting menus at Beach House are a series of carefully considered courses showcasing seasonal Welsh ingredients and the exceptional produce available from our local suppliers. Dishes change regularly with the seasons, but may include ingredients such as Oxwich Bay lobster, Gower Salt Marsh Lamb, locally caught seafood, seasonal vegetables and produce from across Wales, alongside carefully crafted desserts. Sample menus are available on our website, although these are subject to change.
