Availability and waitlist

Due to very high demand, Beach House has limited availability into September, and most Saturdays are now fully booked into October. If the date you'd like to book at Beach House is showing as fully booked, you can select an alternative date to visit us or add yourself to the waiting list directly on the booking page. If a table becomes available, our reservations manager will get in touch with you directly.

Our cancellation policy

To secure your table reservation, you will be asked to provide credit card details.

We require 48 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments to reservations, including any changes to the number of guests in a booking. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours' notice, do not arrive on the day, or have a significant reduction in the number of guests dining with us on the day, a cancellation charge as per the terms and conditions on your booking confirmation will apply.

Opening Times

Wednesday - Saturday*

Lunch 12pm - 2pm / Dinner 6:30pm - 8:45pm

*On a Saturday evening we only serve our Tasting Menu.


Lunch 12pm - 4pm

Beach House is closed between all lunch and dinner services.



Beach House welcomes children over 6 years of age.



Beach House does not have designated parking, however, there the restaurant is immediately adjacent to a car park operated and managed by the Penrice Estate. Parking charges apply up until 6pm.


Dress code

The dress code for the restaurant is smart casual and we kindly request guests do not wear swimwear.
