Extraordinary Guest Chef Night with Paul Foster

Our first guest chef this Autumn is the amazing Great British Chef Paul Foster.

Paul’s culinary journey has included time at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxfordshire, The French Laundry in California and time as Sous Chef with Sat Bains in Nottingham. In 2017 Paul launched his own much lauded restaurant ‘Salt’ in Stratford upon Avon. Even Jay Rayner loves it, he describes Paul’s food as ‘terrific’. His career path has helped to shape his food philosophies and cooking style, which can be described as ‘modern British with a focus on purity of flavour’.

Paul and Hywel will be cooking a collaborative 6 course tasting menu on the 24th of October using local seasonal produce.
