Hywel our Head Chef at the Beach House is looking to fill the following full time and part time roles within his kitchen team:

  • Pastry Chef

Successful candidates will be well manned team players passionate about the industry.

Students currently working towards an NVQ2 or NVQ3 qualifications at catering college will be considered for the more junior roles.

Beach House - Oxwich has quickly established itself as one of the restaurants in Wales set on the stunning Gower Peninsula overlooking Oxwich Bay

A successful candidate will have:

  • Sound pastry experience at 3 AA Rosette level or above
  • Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach
  • Clear passion for the industry and food
  • Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
  • Real ambition to succeed at the highest level
  • Dedicated and excellent team player with strong coaching mentality

Beach House – Oxwich offers an excellent working environment in one of the most stunning parts of the UK within the World Famous Gower Peninsula.
