Hywel our Head Chef at the Beach House is looking to fill the following full time and part time roles within his kitchen team:
- Chef de Partie (FT) / Commis Chef (PT)
- Trainee Chef (PT)
- Kitchen Porter (PT)
Successful candidates will be well manned team players passionate about the industry.
Students currently working towards an NVQ2 or NVQ3 qualifications at catering college will be considered for the more junior roles.
The Sous Chef will have extensive experience at 3 AA Rosette level and above with the management skills to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. He will be a grounded professional with an outstanding eye for detail.
