We are incredibly excited to announce that on St David's Day, Thursday 1st March we will be welcoming 2 Michelin Starred Chef Daniel Clifford of the legendary Midsummer House to Wales for a very special evening at Beach House.
Chef Patron Daniel Clifford opened Midsummer House in Cambridge 20 years ago and has since won a series of accolades gaining widespread acclaim and cementing his reputation as one of the best chefs in Britain. More recently Daniel is also well known for his regular appearances as a judge on the BBC's Great British Menu, having won the series with his main course in 2012 and dessert in 2013.
He will join our Head Chef Hywel Griffith in the kitchen and create a collaborative tasting menu, bringing his creative style and flawlessly executed dishes to the beach.
