Cooking masterclass with Head Chef Hywel Griffith

Don your aprons and join us at Beach House for our new exclusive masterclass sessions.   

Leading up to the festive season,  Head Chef Hywel Griffith is inviting you into his kitchen to hone your skills and learn the required preparation for some of his luxurious signature dishes including Lobster, Laverbread, Beef Wellington and a Bara Brith Soufflé.  Guests will then get to enjoy the fruits of their labour with a delicious 3 course lunch in the restaurant.

 Masterclass sessions :

LOBSTER AND LAVERBREAD, Thursday 16th November, 8:45am arrival with lunch at midday.

 BEEF WELLINGTON AND BARA BRITH SOUFFLE, Thursday 7th December, 8:45am arrival with lunch at midday.

 The masterclass experience is £100 per guest and includes the morning masterclass with refreshments, followed by a delicious 3 course lunch and glass of our finest Prosecco.   Guests taking part in the masterclass experience are welcome to invite a guest to join them at midday for the 3 course lunch at a cost of £38 .  Maximum of 10 guests per class.

Festive Season

To toast our second Christmas on the Gower and to celebrate the season, our Head Chef Hywel Griffith has created some fabulous Festive Menus.

We are delighted to announce that we will be open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Whether you join us for a Christmas Day Lunch or New Year’s Day Brunch, you can be sure to celebrate the Festive Season in style at the beach. Our New Year’s Celebration Dinner will also be a wonderful evening with live modern jazz and fireworks.

Throughout December, our lunch offering will include a 3 course Festive Menu so you can start the celebrations early with friends, family and work colleagues.

Guest Chef Night with Richard Davies from Calcot Manor Hotel

FRIDAY 24TH NOVEMBER 2017:

For this month’s Guest Chef Night, we are very excited to have one of Wales most established Chefs, Richard Davies from the renowned Calcot Manor Hotel join us.

Richard, an awarding winning Chef and Great British Menu successor will join Hywel in the kitchen to create an exclusive tasting menu for a one off special evening at Beach House.
